Video decoding performances have been improved on Intel GPU for Windows when using VLC backend. The optimization is automatically activated when player is running on Intel GPU. For example, on Intel NUC with Intel Core i7-6770HQ and integrated GPU Intel Iris Pro Graphics 580, GoPro VR Player 2.1 was not able to decode [email protected] smoothly, GPU global usage was about 20%. Now with GoPro VR Player 2.2, [email protected] runs smoothly and GPU usage is about 10% !

Some metadata can be read from video. Here are the fields read by the player :
Initial yaw, pitch, roll
The values in these fields are displayed in the software log only if the player finds them.
In the settings, you can set 'Auto' mode for input projection and input stereoscopy to automatically apply values found in metadata.
Be sure to use the last version of Autopano Video to have these metadata encoded in your video.
The custom mode allows to use VLC backend with your own parameters. For instance you can read YUV-420/422 8 and 10 bit. To allow this you will have to run the player in 'VLC custom' mode and set the parameters. See documentation for more details.
With VLC backend, player applies a better color conversion if the video has been encoded by Autopano Video.
Also with VLC backend, a new setting allows to disable our shader color conversion. It can be useful if you encounter color issues when playing video but be aware that it will be less efficient in terms of performance. See documentation for more details.
You will find a new category called 'Audio' in the Settings. For now it only contains a setting to set an audio delay (for VLC backend only).
You can set yaw, pitch, roll and fov values directly in help box (keyboard shorcut 'H').
A few months back I did a post about Mac eyeshadows. I have found myself becoming more daring with my eye makeup since I started blogging, so decided to do an updated top 10 Mac eyeshadows.
I have been collecting my Mac eyeshadows for about 2 years now, and I used to buy around 2 a month, sometimes more. I haven’t bought a new Mac eyeshadow in ages, as my 3 palettes are full now and I want to use up what I have. If you know you are going to buy more than 2 or 3 Mac eyeshadows I seriously recommend investing in a palette. An empty palette will cost you €18, or you can buy this palette from Make Up For Ever for €14.50. It has a metal bottom and will hold much more eyeshadows than the Mac palette. It will also hold other brands of eyeshadows, making it perfect for travelling.
The colours I have chosen below, will suit most eye colours and can be used to create day and night looks. I would love to know what your favourite eyeshadows are.
As you can tell from the picture, this is a much loved eyeshadow. When looking for a neutral base colour, I find myself reaching for Blanc Type above all others. This eyeshadow has a matte finish. It is a creamy beige colour, that is seriously pigmented. A little goes a long way with this one. This is best used as a base colour.
Woodwinked it by far my most used eyeshadow. It is definitely in my top 3 Mac eyeshadows. It is a warm red toned brown colour, with a bit of a metallic shine. It is has a veluxe pearl finish . Woodwinked can be worn in so many ways. I love to wear it on its own all over the lid and blend it up into the crease. Woodwinked is such a special colour, because when it is blended out it looks like you have a few different colours on, that were blended in beautifully. This eyeshadow is a must and works on all eye colours. It is also perfect for people that are not overly confident with applying lists of different eyeshadows.
Every single time I use Sushi Flower, I aways say to myself, ” oooooh I LOVE this”. Sushi Flower looks like a very scary colour, but my god it is gorgeous. Sushi Flower is a medium dark pink colour, with a satin finish. I like to wear this in the crease as a transition colour, but over the summer I will wear it on the lid the odd time. Again this colour suits most eye colours, but would look really great on brown or blue eyes.
Amber Lights is another very special colour. When this is applied onto blue eyes, holy moly, they seriously pop. It is a really rich warm toned, coppery bronze and has a frost finish. This is suited to most eye colours, but if you have blue eyes you need this. I wear this in so many ways. In the crease with blanc type on the lid and embark on the outer corners. Or on the lid with orange in the crease and embark on the outer corners. This is another Mac colour in my top 3
The pictures do not do this eyeshadow any justice. This is the most gorgeous blacked burgundy colour, with a hint of shimmer running through it. It has a velvet colour and is best used as an outer corner colour, or I sometimes wear it all over the lid, blended out for a smoky eye look.
Oh Cranberry, you gorgeous thing you. Cranberry is fabulous berried red colour with a frost finish. This is another colour that really makes blue eyes pop. I like to wear it on the lid, with a light brown like kid in the crease. This is another must have for blue eyed ladies.
Embark is a very unusual colour. It is a very rich brown with some red undertones. It has a matte finish. I use this more as an outer corner colour, but it blends so well that it can be used in many different ways.
Sketch is dark burgundy brown with a velvet finish. Sketch was one of the first colours I ever bought and I wear it in lots of different ways. My favourite is to wear it in the crease with any light neutral colour on the lid. This suits all eye colours.
Patina is such an undervalued eyeshadow. This is another great colour like Woodwinked, for those who aren’t too confident at applying lots of different colours. It is a golden brown colour, with a little bit of a shine to it. It is great for any colour eyes, but because it has a lovely golden warmth to it, it is brilliant for blue eyes. It can be applied all over the lid, or as I like to do, in the crease with woodwinked on the lid.
Right now, Coppering is my absolute favourite Mac eyeshadow. I recently did a tutorial with this shadow. It is a rich copper colour, with a veluxe pearl finish. This eyeshadow is so easy to work with. It can be worn in so many different ways, but I love to just wear it on it’s own blended up into the crease. It suits most eye colours, but for blue eyes this is a must.

Chill Insurance asked me “Do you prefer to stay in or go out during the winter months?” During the winter I barely budge from the couch. My routine consists of pyjamas, fluffy slippers and face masks! However, as soon as March hits, I begin to get an itch to become somewhat of a social butterfly again. I don’t know if it is the new brighter clothes hitting the shops or the new makeup releases that have me dying for a night out. Spring time means a change in makeup, so for this collaboration I have picked out a few of my favourite item that are both new and old to…March 5, 2017
Youngblood Cosmetics have finally launched in Ireland. Youngblood is firm favourite of many celebrities including Jessica Alba and Jennifer Aniston and on Wednesday Irish beauty bloggers got a little sneak peak at all the lovely new products set to launch around the country in the coming weeks and months. I have always been a little sceptical of mineral makeup as I didn’t believe it could give me the medium to full coverage that I love. However after a masterclass from Youngblood Pro makeup artist, Philip Luque my views on mineral makeup were quickly changed. As many of you know I have recently had another operation to make sure that my…
